Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Monthly Plans)

If you subscribed to one of our monthly plans (Starter $99/mo, Standard $149/mo, or Premium $199/mo) and are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial paid subscription. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

This guarantee applies only to your first subscription period. Renewal charges after the first 7-day window are non-refundable. To request a refund within the window, email support@restore.credit from the email address on the account, with the subject line "Refund request".

2. Lifetime Plan (One-Time Purchase)

The Lifetime plan ($699 one-time) is refundable within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, the Lifetime plan is non-refundable because credit-report data has been pulled, dispute letters have been generated, and ongoing monitoring has been activated against your file.

3. How to Cancel and Request a Refund

  1. Sign in at restore.credit/login.
  2. Go to Account → Billing → Manage subscription. This opens the Stripe Customer Portal, where you can cancel future renewals immediately.
  3. Email support@restore.credit with the subject "Refund request" and the email address on file. We process refund requests within 2 business days.

4. What Is NOT Refundable

  • Renewal charges after the 7-day window has passed.
  • Lifetime plan after 30 days from purchase.
  • Charges from third parties (e.g., your credit-monitoring bureau, postage you paid to mail certified letters).
  • Affiliate commissions paid to creators that referred you (these are clawed back from the affiliate, not the customer, per our Affiliate Disclosure).

5. Disputed Charges (Chargebacks)

If you believe a charge was unauthorized, please email us before opening a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks opened without contacting us first will result in account suspension and may forfeit any pending refund eligibility.

6. Jurisdiction

This refund policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration as described in our Terms of Service.
