Terms of Service
1. The Service
Credit Restore provides credit-education content and software that helps you draft, mail, and track FCRA dispute letters. We are not a Credit Repair Organization (CRO) under CROA — we sell software, not "credit repair services". You operate the disputes; we provide the tools.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18+ and a U.S. resident. By creating an account you confirm both.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not (a) submit disputes you know to be frivolous, (b) use the service to dispute accurate information you simply do not want to pay, (c) resell our service without a written reseller agreement, (d) reverse-engineer or scrape the platform.
5. Subscriptions and Cancellation
Monthly plans renew automatically until you cancel via Account → Billing. See /refund-policy for refund terms.
6. No Legal Advice
Credit Restore is not a law firm. Information on the site is for educational purposes only. For legal advice consult a licensed attorney.
7. No Outcome Guarantee
We cannot guarantee that any specific item will be removed from your credit report. Dispute outcomes depend on bureau investigations under FCRA §611, which we do not control.
8. Disclaimer of Warranty
Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind to the maximum extent allowed by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is capped at the amount you paid us during that period.
10. Arbitration
Disputes between you and us are resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, seated in Wilmington, Delaware. You waive class-action rights.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be emailed 30 days in advance.
